EuroCC 3 aims to further strengthen the distributed network of National Competence Centres (NCCs) for HPC, supporting their development and service provision across all participating countries.

EuroCC 3 goal is to identify and address the skills gaps in the European High Performance Computing (HPC) ecosystem and coordinate cooperation across Europe to ensure a consistent skills base.

The project unites 36 NCCs, each mandated by its national authority to serve as a one-stop shop for HPC-related expertise, services, and training.

With a strong focus on SMEs and industry, the NCCs will support the adoption of HPC through tailored consulting, skills development, and facilitation of access to national and European resources.

Working in close collaboration with the coordination and support action, EuroCC 3 will ensure coherent network coordination, knowledge exchange, and a unified external presence through the HPC in Europe portal and HPC Service Hub.
